Tuquan Taiping Airport is located in Chenguang Village, Taiping Township, Tuquan County, Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia. The preliminary work started in 2017, was approved by the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2022, and started construction in June of the same year. The airport is 4.5 kilometers away from Tuquan County Government. The runway is 1200 meters long and 23 meters wide. There is a vertical taxiway with a length of 95 meters and a width of 12 meters. The airfield area is rated as 2B, and the largest model that can take off and land is PC-12. There are two Class B stands on the apron, which is equipped with ancillary facilities such as a power station and a special garage. The terminal building covers an area of 947.16 square meters and is built together with the tower. The airport is operated by Tuquan General Airport Co., Ltd.
