Heilongjiang Airport Management Group Co., Ltd. is one of the member enterprises of Capital Airport Group Co., Ltd. The company has 13 airports in Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi, Heihe, Mohe, Yichun, Daqing, Jixi, Jiagedaqi, Fuyuan, Jiansanjiang, and Wudalianchi. Among them, Harbin Taiping International Airport is one of the top ten international aviation hubs in China and the only international aviation hub in Northeast China. In the future, Heilongjiang Province will advance the plan of building a"1+4+12+N" airport cluster and form a provincial airport network system with wider coverage and a more reasonable layout.

In 2022, acting on the general principle of pursuing progress while ensuring stability, Heilongjiang Airport Management Group Co., Ltd. gave priority to the construction of an international aviation hub, focused on the expansion of Harbin Taiping International Airport, the construction of the airport cluster and airports with safety, green, smart and culture at its core, coordinated epidemic prevention and control with safe development, and achieved 107,000 transport flights, 11.723 million passenger throughput and 99,000 tons of cargo and mail throughput, which made important contributions to serving local economic development and winning wide acclaim among Chinese and foreign tourists and all sectors of society.

By the end of 2022, a total of 45 domestic and foreign airlines including Air China, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Hainan Airlines, and South Korea’s Asiana Airlines have been put into operation in Heilongjiang Province. It opened 318 domestic and international routes in 100 cities, and an air traffic network has been formed with Harbin as the center, radiating to major cities across the country, extending the air traffic network of Russia, Japan, South Korea, and other neighboring countries as well as major European countries and America.
