Hebei Airport Management Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HBAH") is a large-scale enterprise with industrial state-owned assets management and air transport service guarantee. It was registered and established in January 2004, and its core business is airport safety and operation management, and aviation extension business of airports and airport areas.

On May 20, 2015, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hebei Province signed an entrusted management agreement with Capital Airports Holdings, and HBAH was incorporated into the integrated management of Capital Airports Holdings. HBAH now manages and operates Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport, Qinhuangdao Beidaihe Airport, Zhangjiakou Ningyuan Airport, Chengde Puning Airport, and Xingtai Dalian Airport.

In recent years, HBAH has paid attention to safety, strengthened services, improved management, and expanded routes. The quality of safety and operation management has been rapidly improved, and the service quality has reached an internationally advanced level. In 2021, Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport was awarded the "Best Airport in Asia-Pacific Region" in the category of 5 to 15 million passengers. At present, HBAH operates 153 routes in 112 cities. During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, passenger and cargo transportation doubled, which made due contributions to serving the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, building a world-class airport cluster in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, improving the opening-up level of Hebei Province, and serving the beautiful air travel of Hebei people.
