Jingdezhen Luojia Airport is four kilometers away from Jingdezhen City, often called the “Porcelain Capital”. The airport expansion project was completed in 2010. At present, the 4C-rated runway is 2,400 meters long and the newly built terminal building covers an area of 6,800 square meters. The airport’s designed annual passenger flow is 600,000, with 580,000 passenger throughputs in 2019. The airport, surrounded by the counties of Fuliang and Wuyuan soaked in ancient Huizhou with a strong cultural atmosphere, has a well-protected natural environment and the most beautiful countryside in China. Emerging popular tourist spots such as Mount Sanqingshan, known as the "Little Mount Huangshan", and Longhu Mountain, a Taoist famous mountain, are only two hours drive from the airport, promising a broad prospect for the development of air tourism.
