As a member of Capital Airports Holdings, the Emergency Medical Rescue Center has a history of over 60 years and is responsible for the operations of airport first aid, major security, passenger medical treatment, aviation physical examination, first aid training, and so on. Currently, the medical center has ten medical station rooms in the terminal area of the Capital Airport, seven medical station rooms in the terminal area of the Daxing Airport, and one aviation physical examination center. It is the CAAC’s first aid training base, the first aid training base of the Red Cross Society of China Beijing Branch, and the cardiovascular first aid training center of the American Heart Association. It is equipped with advanced equipment such as new resuscitation ambulances (mobile emergency room), defibrillation monitoring integrated machine, portable ultrasound, visual laryngoscope, non-invasive ventilator, extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine, etc. It improves the success rate of pre-hospital first aid, ensures the safe operation of the airport, and promotes the further development of civil aviation emergency medical service.
