The predecessor of Beijing Civil Aviation Tongli Aviation Service Company (referred to as "Aviation Service Company") was established in 1992, and it has gradually expanded after nearly 30 years of development. It has become the main force of the airport ground transportation system and an important part of Beijing’s transportation system, becoming an important ground guarantee for the safe and normal operation of the airport. The Company is mainly engaged in bus operations from Capital Airport and Daxing Airport to inter-provincial and inter-county airports in Beijing and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, passenger ferry between terminals and bus lines in Shunyi District, and also provides services such as passenger station, car maintenance and car rental, and is responsible for airport flight delay and ground transportation service guarantee for passengers in special weather.

The Company was an important part of the plan to deepen the reform of civil aviation state-owned enterprises, and Capital Airports Holdings Limited completed the capital increase and share expansion of the Company and became its controlling shareholder in June 2020. By joining the Group, the Company entered an important period of strategic opportunities, which provided strong guidance and a powerful driving force for optimizing the airport bus business model, improving the management level, keeping up with the development of science and technology, strengthening brand building, cultivating corporate culture and achieving high-quality development.

At present, the Company closely focuses on the high-quality development requirements of Capital Airports Holdings Limited and combines its core capabilities to determine the strategic positioning of building "professional operators and managers of airport passenger ground transportation and important builders of airport comprehensive transportation hubs". It focuses on developing a network of ground services, does a good job in the integration of the air and ground networks of services, strives to be of service from four angles, and provides passengers with safe, green, convenient, and high-quality ground transportation services around the construction requirements of four-type airports, and moved towards the goal of first-class professional operators in the industry.
