It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capital Airports Holdings Limited and is positioned as a specialized company in airport hotel assets and air travel resource management.

In hotel asset management, the Company, entrusted by Capital Airports Holdings Limited to fulfill the proprietary rights and responsibilities of hotel assets, operates and manages the wholly-owned or controlled hotel enterprises under the Group, including Hilton Beijing Capital Airport, Cordis Beijing Capital Airport By Langham Hospitality Group, King Wing Hot Spring International Hotel, RGHCM Garden Resorts, Capital International Airport Hotel, Airport Garden Hotel Beijing, etc. At the same time, Beijing Jingrui Hotel Management Co., Ltd. and Ruixi Hotel Management Branch of Beijing Capital Airport Tourism Industry Co., Ltd. have expanded all-round, high-quality, and integrated park operation and management business.

In terms of air travel resource management, Capital Airport, and Daxing Airport are currently its main platforms to provide comprehensive air travel services with leisure, entertainment, convenience, accommodation, cultural travel, and other characteristics for air passengers. Its subordinate companies are as follows: the Daxing Airport Branch of Beijing Capital Airport Tourism Industry Co., Ltd., Beijing Capital Airport Aviation Service Co., Ltd., Beijing Star-Sky International Travel Agency Co., Ltd., and Beijing Capital Airport Lantian Advertising Co., Ltd. Its main businesses involved are hotel reservation, travel consultation, baggage transportation, lost and found, temporary storage of security check, on-site guidance service of customs border defense, tourism business, passenger service, timing hotel, timing lounge and so on.
