Capital Airport Finance Co., Ltd., established on October 8, 2008, is located on 3F, Zone B, China Service Building, No.9 Siwei Road, Beijing Capital International Airport. It is jointly funded by Capital Airports Holdings Limited, Beijing Capital Airport Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd., and Beijing Capital Airport Advertising Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 1.2 billion yuan, the Company is a non-bank financial institution approved by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) to provide financial services for Capital Airports Holdings Limited and its member units.

The Company has established well-developed corporate governance institutions such as shareholders' meetings, board of directors, supervisors, and senior management, as well as professional committees responsible to the board of directors and general manager respectively. It has eight departments: comprehensive management department, planning and operation department, inter-bank business department, customer service department, financial management department, risk control department, audit and supervision department and CPC work department.

As approved by the CBIRC, the Company is engaged in business as follows: handling financial and financing consultancy, credit verification and related consulting and agency business for member units; Assisting member units to realize the receipt and payment of transaction funds; Approving insurance agency business; Providing guarantees to member units; Handling entrusted loans and entrusted investments among member units; Acceptance and discount of bills for member units; Handling the internal transfer settlement between member units and the corresponding settlement and liquidation scheme design; Absorbing deposits from member units; Handling loans and financial leases to member units; Engaged in interbank lending and investment business.
